These websites are operated by NEX合同会社 (NEX LLC), a company registered in Tokyo, Japan. This policy covers the studio site at nex.tokyo and every product landing page under *.nex.tokyo — for example, first35.nex.tokyo.

What we collect収集する情報
When you visit any of our pages: your device type, browser, approximate location (from IP), the pages you view, and interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and language selection. This is collected via Google Analytics 4 using cookies.
When you use the contact form: the name, email address, and message you provide. We also record submission time, IP address, and user-agent string for spam prevention.
When we run advertising campaigns: cookies set by Google Ads and Google Analytics that measure how you arrived at the site and whether a conversion occurred. This applies only when a campaign is active.

How long we keep data保存期間
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, then automatically deleted by Google Analytics.
- Contact form emails: retained for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of correspondence.
- Advertising data: per Google's retention schedule for the relevant service.

Some of our service providers (notably Google) process data on servers located outside Japan, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on the safeguards provided by those service providers under their standard contractual terms.
